Except during high tide, Kirby's Rock sticks out of the water and it is barely a few meters from the north shore of Caban Island. Its seaward side is a wall that drops down to about 70ft where another rock has it's seaward wall dropping further down to about 110 ft. Its shoreward side is about 14-20ft and a nice area to spend safety stops where coral growth is admirable.
